Can a woman be a preacher or pastor?

Let’s start this journey from the beginning, and look at who was and will be considered a preacher in this mortal state from Adam unto Jesus 2nd return, henceforth up until Judgement Day. Let’s look at this first person that was called a preacher.

2 Peter 2:5
5. And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

((Okay, Noah was considered a preacher of righteousness. Noah was a man, not a woman. Let’s continue and look at Moses and the children o f Israel after coming through the Red Sea, and residing in the wilderness. Particularly, we’re going to look at what Moses Father-in-law mentioned unto him.))

Exodus 18: 12-16, 19-26
12. And Jethro, Moses’ father in law, took a burnt offering and sacrifices for God: and Aaron came, and all the elders of Israel, to eat bread with Moses’ father in law before God.
13. And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses sat to judge the people: and the people stood by Moses from the morning unto the evening.
14. And when Moses’ father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What is this thing that thou doest to the people? why sittest thou thyself alone, and all the people stand by thee from morning unto even?

((Moses father-in-law was worried about him judging the people on his own. Moses was a busy man, it looks like he was judging situations from sun-up to sun-down. Moses, a man, was chosen by God to lead the people and to judge the people. Let’s continue.))

15. And Moses said unto his father in law, Because the people come unto me to enquire of God:

((Moses said, “the people come unto me to enquire of God. Doesn’t this look like a preacher, he supposed to have the answers of God. Although the preachers don’t know everything, yet and still all preachers supposed to know the basics on how to obtain salvation, if nothing else. What are the basics: God’s commandments, laws, statues, and judgements: specifically, the 10 commandments(ref. Exodus ch. 20, even the 7th Day Sabbath(Saturday), Dietary Law(ref. Leviticus ch. 11), The Lords Feast Days(ref. Leviticus ch.23). Let’s continue.))

16. When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws.

((Moses, didn’t judge the people by what he think is right, or by the doctrines and traditions of men or by his own wisdom, but by the statues of God, and his laws. Let’s look at what Moses Father-in-law told him.))

19. Hearken now unto my voice, I will give thee counsel, and God shall be with thee: Be thou for the people to God-ward, that thou mayest bring the causes unto God:
20. And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.

((A preachers job is to show the congregation which way, and what work they must do in order to reach God and his Kingdom. Let’s look at what counsel Moses father gave concerning who to choose to help him out in judging the people.))

21. Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

((Moses father-in-law mentioned: provide for yourself, “able men, such as fear God, men of truth,” not “able men and women, such as fear God, men and women of truth.” Men, not women were to be setup for different capacities of people. Let’s continue.))

22. And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.
23. If thou shalt do this thing, and God command thee so, then thou shalt be able to endure, and all this people shall also go to their place in peace.

((Will Moses hearkened unto the counsel of his father-in-law? Let’s continue.))

24. So Moses hearkened to the voice of his father in law, and did all that he had said.
25. And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.

((Moses chose what? “able men”, not women, and made them “heads” over the people.))

26. And they judged the people at all seasons: the hard causes they brought unto Moses, but every small matter they judged themselves.

‎((Let’s take a look at the Priesthood of God(The Levitical Priesthood), it’s order, and some specifics about it, which God commanded Moses.))

Numbers 4: 1-3, 45-47
1. And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

((Did we read, that, Moses spake unto the Lord? No. We read, that, “The Lord spake unto Moses.” You know, many people stress comments like, “That’s the law of Moses, you keep them Mosaic laws.” Naw.., I keep the laws of God, he’s my authority, not man. Let’s continue.))

2. Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, after their families, by the house of their fathers,

((Wait a minute, did we read, “take the sum of the sons and daughters.” Nope(No). He said, “take the sum of sons, from among the sons of Levi.” Let’s continue.))

3. From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

((Note: The sons that he chose had to be at least 30yrs old and not pass 50yrs to even begin the work in the tabernacle. Nothing’s change, it’s still in effect, read up on your Master, Jesus the Christ when he started his ministry, (ref. Luke 3: 21-23). Let’s continue.

45. These be those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
46. All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the chief of Israel numbered, after their families, and after the house of their fathers,
47. From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that came to do the service of the ministry, and the service of the burden in the tabernacle of the congregation,

((From the sons of Merari, not the daughters. Again, from thirty years old up until fifty years old is when a man, not a woman can become a preacher/minister (teacher). After starting between those ages, he can preach unto his death. Let’s take a look at Jesus, at the beginning of his ministry. Who did he choose, was their women amongst the 12 apostles. Let’s let the Bible Speak.))

Matthew 10: 1-7
1. And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
2. Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;
3. Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;
4. Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.

((Okay, every last one of these apostles were men, not women. Jesus know the law, he gave it. Yeah..Jesus gave it, Jesus did not start with Mary, he came through Mary. He was the God that gave the law to Moses, (ref. 1st Corinthians 10: 1-4, Matthew 1: 23). Let’s continue.))

5. These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:

((Okay, Jesus sent them out. I’m not even gonna deal with that right now, as far as the reason he told them not to go unto the Gentiles. Let’s continue.))

6. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

((He sent these 12 apostles out to do what, “PREACH.” So.. they, can be called also, “Preachers.” Preaching what, “The Kingdom,” it’s coming, prepare yourself and/or make yourselves ready. Let’s take a look at Judas, and what he was considered while walking with Jesus, his end, and who replaced him. Was it a woman or man? Let’s continue.))

Acts 1:16-20
16. Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus.
17. For he was numbered with us, and had obtained part of this ministry.

((Judas, a man, obtained part of the ministry of preaching, yet he betrayed Jesus, then committed suicide. Let’s read it.))

18. Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.
19. And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood.
20. For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.

((Okay, it says in verse 20, “his bishoprick let another take.” So.. he was not only labeled as an Apostle, but even can be considered a Bishop, a preacher, and a disciple. Note: a disciple can be a man or woman, basically, all servants of God can be considered disciples(Ref. Acts 9: 36, 16: 1). Let’s look at who replaced Judas position, becoming the twelveth apostle. Was it a woman or man? Let’s read it.))

Acts 1: 23-26
23. And they appointed two, Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias.
24. And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,

((One out of these two men, are to be chosen.))

25. That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.

((That “he..” may take part of this ministry and apostleship, not she. I’ve seen women standing behind the pulpit, calling themselves Apostle this or Apostle that, teaching.))

26. And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.

‎((Let’s take a look at who could become a Bishop.))

1 Timothy 3: 1-2, 4-12
1. This is a true saying, if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.
2. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

((Note: “the husband of one wife,” not “the wife of one husband.” A woman can’t be a husband, therefore she can’t be a bishop. Let’s continue.))

4. One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;

((Note: One that ruleth “his” own house, “his” children.

5. (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

((“For if a woman,” Naw(No). For if a man….know not how to rule his…..house, how shall he take care of the church God. Whoever’s taking care and overseeing the church sounds like a preacher to me. What about you? That same preacher, so far, from reading scriptures has to be a man. Let’s continue, and maybe a female preacher will pop up sooner or later.))

6. Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
7. Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

((“Moreover he….must have a good report.”))

8. Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;

((Okay, we gotten down to the deacons: Can they be men and women? Let’s continue.))

9. Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.
10. And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.
11. Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.

((“their wives.” only a man can have a wife and be considered a Bishop for the True and living God.))

12. Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.

((“Let the deacons be the hus..bands….of one wife.” not the “wives…of one husband.” Let’s take a look at a famous Apostle, popular amongst many modern day churches

1 Timothy 2:7
7. Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.

((This is Apostle Paul, he was a “preacher” as well, which spoke the truth in Christ, a “teacher,” a man…… Let’s continue and look at the epistle of Paul concerning Titus.

KJV Titus 1:4-9
4. To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour.

((To Titus, mine own “son…..” not own daughter))

5. For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:

((Okay, now Titus was left in Crete to oversee the church, to ordain elders. Will they be of men and women? Let’s continue.))

6. If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.

(Comment) Verse 6, didn’t say “the wife of one husband” it said “the husband of one wife”

7. For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;
8. But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate;
9. Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

((Holding fast the faithful word as “he” hath been taught, that “he” may be able.”

‎((This is the protocol from the Father down to man. Let’s see.))

1 Corinthians 11:3
3. But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God

Protocol or order:
1. The Father- the head of Jesus
2. Jesus the Messiah- the head of every man(including the woman if she doesn’t have a husband)
3. Man- the head of the woman
4. Woman

((Let’s continue.))

1 Timothy 2:12(King James Version)
12. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

((Definition for Usurp – means holding a position by force or without right. That’s plain to be understood, verse 12 needs no expounding. Let’s continue.))

1 Corinthians 14: 34-35, 40
34. Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

Note: Keep in mind, that, this is Apostle Paul, a chosen man of Jesus Christ. (Ref. Acts 22: 6-21) Paul said that the women, “keep silence in the churches, it’s NOT permitted unto them to speak(meaning speak as teaching or preaching before men and women), they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. The Law, why is Paul still talking about the law if the laws were done away, is Paul in error? No, he’s not in error, mankind is in error and/or without full understanding. Let’s continue.

35. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church

40. Let all things be done decently and in order.

((What is the order? 1. The Father 2. Jesus 3. Man 4. Woman ))

Okay, let’s look at some scriptures a woman might use to justify herself as a pastor, preacher, bishop, deaconess, minister, ect.

KJV Jeremiah 31:22-23
22 How long wilt thou go about, O thou backsliding daughter? for the Lord hath created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man.

((Are you serious? A woman shall compass a man. We have to ask ourselves, “A woman shall compass a man when?” Let’s continue.))

23. Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; the Lord bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness.

In Verse 23: The Lord say they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity. They’re gonna use what speech? This speech “for the Lord hath created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man”. Are we(the negroes or Hebrew Israelites) back in our land(Judah)? Naw(No), we’re still in captivity, scattered in every country, and island of the sea. So a woman will not compass a man until we go home, Jerusalem.

Note: shall means future. Verse 22: A woman shall compass a man. Question: When shall a woman compass a man? Now we have to find out when will the Lord of host, the God of Israel bring again their captivity, or take us back to our land. Let’s continue.))

KJV Jeremiah 30:1-10
1. The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
2. Thus speaketh the Lord God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
3. For, lo, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
4. And these are the words that the Lord spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
5. For thus saith the Lord; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
6. Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?

((Those men that will get caught in the Great Tribulation will be overwhelmed by what they see, the drama, killings, and horrific events that will take place on this earth, to the point where they’re going to be so…troubled as if they’re in pain as woman about to deliver a baby.))

7. Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it. Matthew 24: 21-22
8. For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
9. But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.

Note: Verse 9 says they’ll serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them. Remember David is dead now, this is the first resurrection, which will take place at Jesus 2nd return. David and all the other saints that have died and are worthy to take part in the 1st resurrection will raise up from the dead, and the worthy saints that are living will get their bodies change into that glorified immortal body. Let’s continue.

10. Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.

((God is telling Jacob(Israel) he’ll save him and return him to his homeland, Jerusalem. Until then, a woman will not compass a man. We have to ask ourselves: Where, in what state, or area will a woman compass a man? Will she compass him in the leadership role in the church? Let’s continue and look at Jesus return to this earth with all the resurrected saints, and the setting up of his government to run this whole planet.))

Isaiah 66:19-23
19. And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them unto the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal, and Javan, to the isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles.
20. And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the LORD out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith the LORD, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the LORD.

((In Verse 19: the word speaks of Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal, and Javan, these are great ship building nations, that the Lord is gonna use to bring us Negroes(descendants of the slaves/Hebrew Israelites) back to the land of Israel out of all countries, and off of all Islands of the sea by ships. Once off the water/sea we’re gonna be carried unto the land by horses, chariots, litters, mules and swift beasts, to Jesus holy mountain Jerusalem. Let’s continue.))

21. And I will also take of them for priests and for Levites, saith the LORD.

Hold…up. We read earlier that the priests that were chosen amongst the Levites were all the sons of the Levites, not the daughters(ref. Numbers 4: 1-3, 45-47). According to scriptures, the Levitical priesthood(the ordinances, even the sacrificing of bulls, and goats, ect. for sin offerings) was put out of action when Jesus died on the cross(ref. Colossians 2:14, Ezekiel 43:18-19, Hebrews 10:10-12), yet in verse 21, Jesus is saying that he’s going to take of them for priest from amongst the Tribe of Levi(the Levites). So…Jesus is going to reactivate the Levitical Priesthood, and as we read before, the priesthood will be all males, the sons of Levi. The scriptures says that women shall compass a man, yet they will not compass man in the tabernacle, the ministry, being the head and usurping authority over the man. Let’s continue.))

22. For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.
23. And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.

((Jesus says in Verse 23: “It shall come to pass, that from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worshipp before me.” You know, many people say that the “Sabbath is for the Jews, us Christians worship on Sunday(the 1st day of week). Did Jesus say, “from one sabbath to another, shall all Jews come to worship before me. Naw..(No). Jesus says, “all flesh,” meaning all humans, no matter what nationality you are. I have a question: Are all flesh being people upon this planet worshipping the Lord on his Sabbath Day(which is Saturday, the Seventh Day of the week, ref. Exodus 20: 8-11)? No. In order for all flesh to worship before the Lord, I mean literally worship before the Lord, he has to be on this earth, right. So.. when Jesus come and take down all presidents, kings, and rulers, and then setup his kings and rulers, it’s gonna be a straight up dictatorship, and he’s going to enforce his laws, commandments, statutes, judgements, even his Sabbath, and for those who don’t want to take and obey will have major problems, remember the wages of sin is death(Romans 6: 23), the first and second death(ref. Revelation 20: 13-15, 21: 7-9). Why is Jesus coming back stressing, and enforcing the Sabbath Day? Let’s read it.

Hebrews 13: 8
8. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

((When do for ever end? Mankind change, mankind seek out for him or herself what’s comfortable unto them, what suits their fancy, whether right or wrong. This is our fight, this is our walk: our walk is to go against our will, but submitting unto the Father’s will. Yeah…it hurts, we have to start over, fresh, empting out a lot of what we thought, believe, or just basically grew up with and allow the truth to overtake us, therefore, it(his word) will guide us and not we ourselves. Therefore, we’ll be a vessel worthy to be used, even worthy of salvation(eternal life).

If these scriptures prior to this statement hasn’t brought upon the women and men who still insist on believing that women can be the head of a church, calling herself or women they know a pastor, preacher, bishop, deaconess, minister, etc.,maybe this will help you change your mind. Let’s take a look at a woman who decided to disobey the Fathers laws, and commandments, and setup up herself as a head, usurping authority over men, teaching.))

((We’re going to take a look at Jezebel and her husband, to see what type of people they were. Some might say, “Jezebel wasn’t a pastor or preacher, she was a prostitue/street walking woman(whore).” Sisters and Brothers, we’ve been lied to. She’s was not a prostitue, she was a preacher. Let’s let the, “Bible Speak.”

1 Kings 16: 28 -33
28. So Omri slept with his fathers, and was buried in Samaria: and Ahab his son reigned in his stead.
29. And in the thirty and eighth year of Asa king of Judah began Ahab the son of Omri to reign over Israel: and Ahab the son of Omri reigned over Israel in Samaria twenty and two years.

((Okay, Omri died, and Ahab was chosen to reign over Israel. Keep in mind, Ahab, has become the head over Israel, a guide unto the congregation. Let’s continue.))

30. And Ahab the son of Omri did evil in the sight of the LORD above all that were before him.
31. And it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshipped him.

((This Ahad, the new head of the children of Israel did evil in the sight of God, his sins he committed was counted light unto the Lord, until he married Jezebel. He furthered himself in more sin after he married Jezebel. Ahab started worshipping the false God, Baal. Let’s take a look at it.))

32. And he reared up an altar for Baal in the house of Baal, which he had built in Samaria.
33. And Ahab made a grove; and Ahab did more to provoke the LORD God of Israel to anger than all the kings of Israel that were before him.

((This guy Ahab, provoke and angered the Lord God of Israel beyond all the Kings of Israel before him. Did he rear up an altar for Baal on his own, or was he enticed by someone else. Let’s continue.))

1 Kings 18: 19
19. Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel’s table.

((Remember, Ahab didn’t start worshipping Baal(a false God) until he married Jezebel. Jezebel entice him in dealing with Baal. This Jezebel(a woman which worships Baal), even have prophets under her , usurping authority over men. These same prophets eat at her table. She’s feeding them, even teaching them. Let’s look at what she did to some true prophets of the Lord.))

1 Kings 18: 13
13. Was it not told my lord what I did when Jezebel slew the prophets of the LORD, how I hid an hundred men of the LORD’s prophets by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water?

((This is Obadiah talking to Elijah telling him about how, Jezebel slew some true prophets of the Lord, and how he hid a hundred from Jezebel. Let’s look at what happen to all of Jezebel’s prophets. These next scriptures are concerning Elijah setting forth a challenge unto Jezebel’s prophets, including himself, for the people(congregation) to witness who the true and living God is. Is the true and living God, “Baal or The God of Israel.” Let’s find out.))

1 Kings 18: 19-24, 29-40
19. Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel’s table.
20. So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together unto mount Carmel.
21. And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

((This is the problem, God is a God of order, not inequality, not separation in the church, not denominations, not The Jews this, or The Christians this, One God, One Truth unto all people. Let’s continue.))

22. Then said Elijah unto the people, I, even I only, remain a prophet of the LORD; but Baal’s prophets are four hundred and fifty men.

((Did you see that: The Lord God of Israel only need “one”, to stand up for the truth at the time appointed. Many people have gotten caught up and will get caught up on numbers. You know, looking at the masses of people, saying to themselves, “How can all them people be wrong and operating in error?” Simple, if there works and beliefs aren’t matching what this Bible says from Genesis to Revelations, they’re wrong. It’s not complicated. It get’s complicated when someone is trying to find a loop hole. It ain’t none. Let’s continue.))

23. Let them therefore give us two bullocks; and let them choose one bullock for themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: and I will dress the other bullock, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under:
24. And call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the LORD: and the God that answereth by fire, let him be God. And all the people answered and said, It is well spoken.

((Okay, those prophets of Jezebel called upon there Gods, even Baal. Did Baal answer, and accept there offering, the bullock? Let’s continue and find out.))

29. And it came to pass, when midday was past, and they prophesied until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any that regarded.

((The end result, was that, they didn’t get an answer from Baal. Let’s continue and look at Elijah setting up an altar of sacrifice before the Lord.))

30. And Elijah said unto all the people, Come near unto me. And all the people came near unto him. And he repaired the altar of the LORD that was broken down.
31. And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, unto whom the word of the LORD came, saying, Israel shall be thy name:
32. And with the stones he built an altar in the name of the LORD: and he made a trench about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed.
33. And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the wood.
34. And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third time.

‎((Okay, Elijah repaired and set up altar, and soaked it with water, three times. Let’s continue.))

35. And the water ran round about the altar; and he filled the trench also with water.
36. And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.
37. Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the LORD God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again.

((This challenge was setup to turn the unbelievers, or the straddling fence people back unto God. It shouldn’t be like this, but this is how it is amongst many people who either don’t believe yet, and even many that call themselves Christians today. You know, if the Lord don’t show some a sign or do something dramatic, or so called supernatural, they’re not going to believe. Plain understandable scriptures is not enough for many. Let’s continue to see if the Lord will answer Elijah.))

38. Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.
39. And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, he is the God; the LORD, he is the God.
40. And Elijah said unto them, Take the prophets of Baal; let not one of them escape. And they took them: and Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon, and slew them there.

((Numbers don’t matter. The Lord is gonna single out who is right, and when the dust clear, we gone see who is gonna be the ones left standing. In this case, Elijah, he called unto the Lord, he was heard, and answered, even the only one left standing after all Jezebel’s prophets were killed. Let’s continue.))

Proverbs 11:21
21. Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.

((Elijah was delivered. It don’t matter how many are joined together in wickedness, and continue therein, they’ll not go unpunished. Just about, almost the whole Christian realm going for that, “Woman behind the pulpit belief.” This is what happens when the wicked are joined in hand.))

Proverbs 29:16
16. When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increaseth: but the righteous shall see their fall.

((Wickedness and transgression are connected hand in hand. So when the wicked transgress, they break the law, ref 1 John 3: 4. In this case, them prophets broke 4 laws, 3 of which are within the 10 commandments. They submitting themselves under the authority of a woman, and had a another god before them(ref. 1 Corinthians 14: 34, Exodus 20: 3-5).

((Let’s quickly take a look at some more evil acts that Jezebel and her husband committed.))

1 Kings 21: 1-21, 23-29
1. And it came to pass after these things, that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard, which was in Jezreel, hard by the palace of Ahab king of Samaria.
2. And Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have it for a garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house: and I will give thee for it a better vineyard than it; or, if it seem good to thee, I will give thee the worth of it in money.
3. And Naboth said to Ahab, The LORD forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.

((Okay, that should have been it. Naboth said no, he didn’t want to sell his vineyard, which has been in his family for some years. Note: keep in mind that, Ahab, is still King(head) over Israel. Let’s continue.))

4. And Ahab came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Naboth the Jezreelite had spoken to him: for he had said, I will not give thee the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him down upon his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread.
5. But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said unto him, Why is thy spirit so sad, that thou eatest no bread?
6. And he said unto her, Because I spake unto Naboth the Jezreelite, and said unto him, Give me thy vineyard for money; or else, if it please thee, I will give thee another vineyard for it: and he answered, I will not give thee my vineyard.

((Oh…Ahab is sad, pouting to his wife, about not obtaining the vineyard from Naboth. Let’s see how Jezebel is gonna respond.))

7. And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.

((Jezebel told her husband, sit up man, quit moping around and eat bread, be of good cheer, I will give the Naboth’s vineyard. How is that, when Naboth had already said no? Is she gonna talk him into selling it? Let’s see.))

8. So she wrote letters in Ahab’s name, and sealed them with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the nobles that were in his city, dwelling with Naboth.

((She.. what! She wrote letters in Ahab’s name or should I say, “She forged letters in Ahab’s name, and sealed them with his seal. Let’s see what she wrote.))

9. And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people:
10. And set two men, sons of Belial, before him, to bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst blaspheme God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him, that he may die.
11. And the men of his city, even the elders and the nobles who were the inhabitants in his city, did as Jezebel had sent unto them, and as it was written in the letters which she had sent unto them.

((First of all, Jezebel committed five evils. First, she’d showed already her willingness to step outside her boundary as being the head over them prophets that were under her. You know, so..this here situation with here husband is no big deal to her. Stepping into her husband shoes, or stepping into a man’s position, calling shots was part of her mentality already. Look around today, it’s going right now as I type this. You got men that are pastors over churches along with their wives as co-pastors. You know, “we gone stand as head of the church together, I’m the first lady this or first lady that.” Yeah…right, show me any prophet, or apostle with his wife as first lady anythang? In this case, Ahad was unaware of what Jezebel was gonna do to get the vineyad, yet he had the choice to oversee what she was gonna do, but he sat down. Let’s continue.))

12. They proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people.
13. And there came in two men, children of Belial, and sat before him: and the men of Belial witnessed against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did blaspheme God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died.
14. Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned, and is dead.

Like I said before, Jezebel committed five evils:
First: she stood again where she ought not, ref. 1 Corinthians 14: 34
Second: she coveted, ref. Exodus 20:17
Third: Beared False witness, ref. Exodus 20: 16
Fourth: she had him killed, ref. Exodus 20: 13
Fifth: she stole his vineyard, ref. Exodus 20: 15

‎15. And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for money: for Naboth is not alive, but dead.
16. And it came to pass, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, that Ahab rose up to go down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, to take possession of it.

((Look at this cat(Ahab), he didn’t enquire how she got the vineyard, he just ran. Like a child being told he can have all the cookies in the cookie jar. She even told him, that Naboth was dead, did he ask what happened to him? Naw(No). He just ran. Let’s continue.))

17. And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,
18. Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, which is in Samaria: behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to possess it.
19. And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Hast thou killed, and also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith the LORD, In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick thy blood, even thine.

((The Lord has called a sentence on Ahab, his days was number. The same place where the dogs licked Naboth’s blood, is where they’re going to lick his.))

20. And Ahab said to Elijah, Hast thou found me, O mine enemy? And he answered, I have found thee: because thou hast sold thyself to work evil in the sight of the LORD.

((O…Ahab sold himself(sold his soul) to work evil. Plus, nothing get pass God, he’s watching, even so angels running to and fro, making note.))

21. Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will take away thy posterity, and will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel,

((The Lord said, he was gonna take away his posterity. His posterity is his future generations. How is that? A man’s name is carried on by his sons, therefore cutting off of those that pisseth against the wall would be the males, no matter where their dwelling. He brought drama on his whole household, because he wouldn’t stand up to rule in righteousness. The same thing happened with Adam and Eve, he wouldn’t stand up for the truth is the reason why we’re dying today, because he gave in unto the enticing words of his wife. What are we going to do, Brothers? He called sentence on Jezebel. Let’s take a look. Skip to 23))

23. And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.
24. Him that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the fowls of the air eat.

((Not only dogs where going to eat Jezebel body, but also their children that dieth in the city, and those that die in field will be eating by fowls. Basically they’re not going to have a proper burial. Let’s continue.))

25. But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.

((This cat(Ahab) out did all the Kings before him in wickedness, who Jezebel his wife stirred up. So…what do we have here? A weak mind King, submitting unto the enticing words of a wicked wife. This is a bad combo: The whole roof caving in on the whole house, children and all. Why, because neither one have fear towards God to uphold the roof. That’s what it’s gone take. When a person fear something or somebody, the unknown strength, and thoughts of safety mechanism will even surprise ourselves. We’ll be like, “I didn’t know I could do that or do this. Yeah…we’ll find ourselves becoming superman and superwoman, just to secure ourselves in a safezone, not wanting to suffer any harm done unto ourselves. The same thing with the word of God. When a person really fear God, they’re going to find out a way to keep themselves from offending God in breaking his laws, they understand and believe the consequences if they don’t fear: the lake of fire. Let’s continue.))

26. And he did very abominably in following idols, according to all things as did the Amorites, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.
27. And it came to pass, when Ahab heard those words, that he rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his flesh, and fasted, and lay in sackcloth, and went softly.
28. And the word of the LORD came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,
29. Seest thou how Ahab humbleth himself before me? because he humbleth himself before me, I will not bring the evil in his days: but in his son’s days will I bring the evil upon his house.

((After Ahab heard God’s sentencing against his household, he felt bad, even fasted, and went softly. He humbled himself and the Lord spared him in not seeing the evil that was bound to come on his household in his days. Even with us in our time, he does the same. He’ll sometimes even lessen the punishment of our evil deeds, only if we humble ourselves, acknowledge our sinful acts, and change. Now, let’s look at Jezebel’s sentence from the Lord, and her final days of living .))

1 Kings 21:23
23. And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.

((Did it come to pass? Let’s look at her final days of living.))

2 Kings 9:30, 32-37
30. And when Jehu was come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it; and she painted her face, and tired her head, and looked out at a window.

((She trying to hide. Yeah…right. Okay. Nobody on this planet can hide from the Lord.))

32. And he lifted up his face to the window, and said, Who is on my side? who? And there looked out to him two or three eunuchs.
33. And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot.

((Jezebel(the preacher) was thrown out of a window, and got trampled by horse, and she died.))

34. And when he was come in, he did eat and drink, and said, Go, see now this cursed woman, and bury her: for she is a king’s daughter.

((She was a cursed woman. Bury her, hold up, she supposed to be eating up by dogs, as the Lord commanded. Let’s continue.))

35. And they went to bury her: but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands.

((That was quick, are you serious. Yeah…them dogs only left her skull, feet, and palms of her hands. Her body was consumed and soon to be dung upon the earth. Let’s continue.))

‎36. Wherefore they came again, and told him. And he said, This is the word of the LORD, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel:
37. And the carcase of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.

((Jezebel, the preacher/teacher, usurping authority over men experienced a horrible death, and couldn’t get a proper burial, because she was not found. Let’s now look at how the Lord Jesus feels about Jezebel’s ways and actions.))

KJV Revelation 2:18-29
18. And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

((This is Jesus speaking))

19. I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
20. Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

((This Jezebel taught, and seduce not only her husband to sin against God, but others servants of God to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. In verse 20: committing fornication is merely talking about, serving other gods(idols). Let’s continue.

21. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

((He was longsuffering, and gave her space to repent, and she repented not. She didn’t stop, she rebelled, did what she wanted to do and leaned unto her own understanding, ref. Proverbs 3:5. Let’s continue.))

22. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

((The Lord had Ahab’s wife, Jezebel, killed, for committing such like things, and them that commit adultery with her are going to be cast into Great Tribulation. Some might say, “How do a person commit adultery with her?” A person commits adultery with her by: women setting up themselves as a pastor, preacher, minister, bishop, deaconess(deacon), ect. over a church and/or behind the pulpit/podium teaching men and women. Women commit adultery with her by, practicing the same sins she committed. Second, men commit adultery with her by going along with her evil acts, and praising her in her evil ways. Also, committing adultery in worshiping other Gods, the list goes on and on. Check the 10 commandments, out(ref. Exodus 20: 1-17). Whoever is out there patting the women preachers on their back, encouraging them to continue in their position as pastors, preachers, and so on. If you’re still living with the same mindset right before beginning of the Great Tribulation, you will not escape it. Let’s continue.))

23. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

((Yeah..the Lord search us out. We might say one thing, yet our heart(mind) has another agenda. There’s no hiding with him. It’s possible to deceive man, but not God. No matter how old we get, we’re all like a new born baby coming out of the womb of a woman, “Naked,” everything is seen and heard by God, even our thoughts. You women preachers out there, along with the men who are condoning it in the church, and everybody else: “Yall putting your whole household in jeopardy.” There’s more deception in many churches today, many teach that you don’t have to have good works, or your works don’t matter. Well.., to God the Father it does, and all will be judge according to their works(ref. Ecclesiastes 12: 13-14, Revelations 20: 11-15).

24. But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
25. But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.
26. And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

((Sisters and Brothers, overcome your sinful desires, and keep doing good works unto the end, whether until Jesus come or until you die. Do you want power(immortality- the first resurrection)? Do you want to rule with Jesus on this earth? That’s what power over the nations mean. Well then, wait until it’s time, and right to rule, not before. Keep in mind, that, whomsoever that come up in the first resurrection, men and women, both will have equal power, all power, ruling with Jesus upon this earth, ref. Revelations 20: 4-6. Hold fast to the truth! Don’t give in, for no one!

27. And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
28. And I will give him the morning star.
29. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Until again,

Grace and Peace
