Some believe that the Great Tribulation will last 7 years, some believe that it will last 3 ½ years. Let us take a look at the facts, what’s written in the word of God.
KJV Matthew 24:15-21
15. When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16. Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Note: The people of God that are in Judaea(Jerusalem) or anywhere else on this planet must flee into the wilderness, before the Abomination of Desolation start the Great Tribulation.
17. Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18. Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
(((All true servants will run as soon as they find out that the Abomination of Desolation has moved into the temple, which will be in Jerusalem(the holy place). Jesus said “don’t pack no bags, just leave, and don’t go back home to get any cloths, if you’re not at home. Just flee into the wilderness where ever you are when he’s revealed in the temple.)))
19. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20. But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21. For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Note: Jesus has not made his 2nd coming yet.
KJV Revelation 13:1-18
1. And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
2. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
3. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Note: for more reference on this beast read Daniel 7:23-25
4. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
5. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
Note: forty-two months = 3½ years of Great Tribulation not 7 years.
6. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
8. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Note: Those who worship this Beast, either refuse to know the truth, don’t want to believe the word of God, or are scared to stand up for the truth and even be killed for the truth because they weren’t found worthy to escape to the wilderness. Let’s take a look further, in another place concerning the time frame of the Great Tribulation.
KJV Revelation 11:1-3
1. And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2. But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
3. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
(((Again the Holy City(Jerusalem) will be trodden under foot 42 months(3½ years) by the Abomination of Desolation. As soon as he start, God will have 2 witnesses prophesying a thousand two hundred and threescore days(1,260). Threescore = 60. 1260/360 = 3.5(3½ years). These two witnesses will be there to create a balance amongst the people by teaching the truth. They will basically make sure there’s a choice presented to the onlookers that are undecided, whether they want to serve Satan servants, or serve God the Father in Jesus.
