It’s okay for women to prophesy and/or evangelize?

KJV Acts 21:8-9
8. And the next day we that were of Paul’s company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him.
9. And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

Note: Phillip’s daughters prophesied. It’s okay for women to prophesy and spread the truth. Let’s continue.

Joel 2:28
28. And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

((Sons and Daughters))

Acts 2:17
17. And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

((It’s okay for men and women to evangelize.))

KJV Ephesians 4:7, 11-12
7. But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

11. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12. For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

((Everyone can participate, yet in accordance to the word of God. Let’s look at this Jew name Aquila and his wife Priscilla.))

KJV Acts 18:2, 24-26
2. And found a certain Jew named Aquila, born in Pontus, lately come from Italy, with his wife Priscilla; (because that Claudius had commanded all Jews to depart from Rome:) and came unto them.

Skipped to

24. And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.
25. This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.
26. And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.

Note: Aquila and his wife Priscilla were evangelizing. They saw that this Jew named Apollos was mighty in the scriptures, yet they met with him, just the 3 of them, and explained to him in more detail the way of God more perfectly. Priscilla was out evangelizing with her husband, she was not the head of a congregation and standing behind the pulpit/podium teaching, usurping authority over men.

KJV 2 Timothy 4:5
5. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

((Make full proof of thy ministry. Give the people something to read. His scriptures, his word is your proof.))

((With that being proving through scriptures, let’s take a look at why it’s not right for a woman to stand behind the pulpit(podium) and/or head up a church service. Let’s take a look in 1 Timothy 2: 12 and 1 Corinthians 14: 34-35, 40 to confirm that a woman isn’t supposed to teach.))

1 Timothy 2:12(King James Version)
12. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

((Definition for Usurp – means holding a position by force or without right. That’s plain to be understood, verse 12 needs no expounding. Let’s continue.))

1 Corinthians 14: 34-35, 40
34. Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

Note: Keep in mind, that, this is Apostle Paul, a chosen man of Jesus Christ. (Ref. Acts 22: 6-21) Paul said that the women, “keep silence in the churches, it’s NOT permitted unto them to speak”(meaning speak as teaching or preaching before men and women), they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. The Law, why is Paul still talking about the law if the laws were done away? Is Paul in error? No, he’s not in error, mankind is in error and/or without full understanding. Let’s continue.

35. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church

40. Let all things be done decently and in order.

((What is the order? Let’s take a look.))

‎((This is the protocol from the Father down to man. Let’s see.))

1 Corinthians 11:3
3. But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God

Protocol or order:
1. The Father- the head of Jesus
2. Jesus the Messiah- the head of every man(including the woman if she doesn’t have a husband)
3. Man- the head of the woman
4. Woman

The will of God, his order: 1. The Father 2. Jesus 3. Man 4. Woman

Until again,

Grace and Peace
